Burloak Common (Phase II)

Emshih Developments Inc. is currently in the midst of planning Phase II of Burloak Common, at 800 Burloak Drive.  The proposed 75,000 square foot development will comprise of high-end office space and service commercial uses to complement the existing neighbourhood retail and growing employment uses in the area.
