Walker’s Plaza

Located along Burlington’s primary shopping node on Fairview Street, Emshih Developments Inc. established Walkers Plaza in 1987.  Home to many recognizable tenants such as Pizza Pizza, and Ye Olde Squire, the plaza was awarded the Mayor’s Business Recognition Award for the commitment to beautify the industrial, commercial and institutional areas of the community.
