Oakvillage – Retirement Community

This exciting project will comprise of a 130-unit Full-Service retirement residence with dedicated Assisted Living units, and neighbouring 160-unit seniors’ lifestyle rental apartment overlooking a naturalized pond and walking trails.  The mixed-use development will also feature 7,500 square feet of retail and service commercial to serve the retirement residents.
